Studying employment and collective labor law is one thing—applying that knowledge in a dynamic, international business environment is something else. If you're eager to take the next step in your legal career, keep reading!

Kickstart Your Career in Employment Law
As our new student worker, you’ll support the People Services team by providing legal input and helping to ensure that our HR processes and documentation comply with current legislation—particularly in the areas of employment law and collective agreements—across all our global locations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting, contribute to meaningful HR initiatives, and collaborate with experienced professionals across People & Culture.

You can look forward to tasks such as:

  • Preparing and updating employment contracts and related agreements
  • Conducting legal research on employment law topics
  • Drafting clear and practical legal memos
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of global HR policies and compliance tools
  • Supporting HR documentation and administrative processes at a global level
  • The position requires 10–15 hours of work per week, and we offer flexibility to accommodate your studies.

Be Part of Our People Services Team
At People & Culture, we provide the frameworks, services, and support that enable employees and leaders to thrive across Systematic. The department is divided into four specialized teams:
People Business Partners, Learning & Development, People Attraction, and People Services.

You will join the People Services team at our headquarters in Aarhus, which serves as the backbone of our HR operations. We handle everything from employment contracts and policy development to compensation and benefits, as well as global mobility for Systematic’s employees across our 12 international locations. The team consists of eight dedicated colleagues who collaborate closely while each focusing on their individual areas of expertise. You’ll become part of a supportive, quality-driven, and collaborative team environment.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law (or a related MSc program), with a strong interest in employment law and collective agreements. Ideally, you have 1.5 to 2 years left in your studies.

We imagine that you:

  • Have completed relevant courses in employment law and collective labor law at a recognized university
  • Bring experience advising on employment law and/or collective agreements, e.g., through work with an employer or employee organization
  • Are motivated to turn legal theory into practical, value-creating solutions
  • Work proactively and in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written

Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
