Kontrakttype: Fuld tid

Join us as a Technical Test Engineer and help shape how we validate our products – through hands-on testing, real-life scenarios and deep technical insight. If you love digging into systems and uncovering root causes, this is the role for you.
The job
We are looking for a Technical Test Engineer to help ensure our products are tested in ways that truly reflect customer use. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining complex test set-ups and technical test cases – exploring non-functional aspects such as performance, stability, fault tolerance and security. You will analyse test results, identify root causes and work closely with developers and QA teams to improve stability and performance across our entire product suite.
Joining the team
As part of our QA team based in Aarhus, you will work alongside a Program Test Manager, Operational Testers and an Infrastructure Specialist. Your role will focus on preparing environments for technical testing across all products, and supporting activities such as system tests, field tests, bug hunts and beta programs. You will bridge technical knowledge and domain understanding to ensure our test set-ups closely resemble customer environments.
You will also collaborate with our larger test organisation comprising 46 colleagues working across different test disciplines. While most of the work takes place on site or remotely, you can expect occasional travel – about 5–10 days a year.
Your Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, and have at least three years of experience in technical testing (experience as a Developer or Solution Engineer will also be a plus). You are confident at building test set-ups and running performance, API and security tests, and you can clearly document what you do. You take a hands-on approach to scripting and infrastructure automation, and you are familiar with tools and platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, PowerShell, Ansible and Azure Cloud. Experience with CI/CD, Linux systems (Rocky or Red Hat) and profiling tools such as Wireshark or Chrome DevTools is also preferred.
Fluency in English is a must, together with a structured and detail-oriented mindset. You are proactive, self-driven and thrive in collaborative environments.
Please note that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
Welcome to Systematic Aarhus
At our Aarhus office, you can look forward to joining our Employees Club, which organises nearly 100 social/professional events a year. Here, you can take advantage of a range of on-site perks from physiotherapist-led massages and an in-house hairdresser to sports clubs, game tables and even our own padel court. Our canteen is a standout feature, serving a daily selection of delicious and healthy dishes. Outside the office, you can also enjoy benefits such as free ARoS +1 access and various shopping discounts. Systematic is not just a place to work but a place to belong.
