Job Description
If you would like to be part of a great transformation of the Debt Management Area in Danske Bank, now is your chance to join our highly skilled tribe. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Debt Management Development Tribe.
You will join a team of highly skilled and innovative professionals within Business- and IT Development, backed by a great set of values built on a high sense of responsibility, initiative, “can – do“ attitude, and most importantly an expectation that it should be fun to go to work.
To start with your tasks will primarily consist of hands-on analysis activities in one of our teams responsible for the role out of a new, major vendor-based platform supporting the future Debt Collection in Danske Bank. Our responsibility is to successfully integrate the platform into the Dansk Bank eco system. This includes building an integration layer enabling the solution to get and move data from numerous data sources (services, APIs etc.) across the Danske Bank organization. This requiring an extensive analytical thinking to ensure this works seamlessly and with a high quality.

Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

You will:
- Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation and support
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team's backlog accurately reflects business priorities and user requirements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Be part of developing and executing detailed test plans to ensure software solutions meet high quality standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test cases
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an Agile software development environment
- In-depth knowledge of SDLC and various BA methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), processes, and tools. Experience with Atlassian toolset (Confluence, JIRA, Zephyr) for project tracking and documentation is essential
- Keen on GDPR and analysis of legal requirements. Experience with compliance projects is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working constructively with diverse cross-functional teams to complete project goals
- Detail-oriented with a history of delivering high-quality results
- A team-oriented individual who values collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity in a dynamic team environment
- Upper-intermediate English skills
