Associate, Development Operations Business Effectiveness
We are looking for a maternity cover (period of 6 months) to join our dedicated Development Operations Business Effectiveness team while our valued colleagues is away on parental leave. Are you passionate about administrative support, internal communication, and the development of automated processes to support business effectiveness and foster collaboration? The Development Operations Business Effectiveness team plays a crucial role in enhancing business effectiveness across all Development Operations departments. We act as strategic connectors and collaborators, leading transdisciplinary activities and ensuring seamless alignment and communication between leadership and teams.
The Role
We are currently seeking a Associate, Development Operations Business Effectiveness for a maternity cover (period of 6 months) position. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the vision and strategy of Development Operations Business Effectiveness. You will handle a variety of administrative, internal communication and development tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our department and company processes.

The Role
We are currently seeking a Associate, Development Operations Business Effectiveness for a maternity cover (period of 6 months) position. Responsibilities
- Coordinate, draft, and review internal communications within Development Operations.
- Update, maintain and develop internal SharePoint sites.
- Assist and advise colleagues in developing new SharePoint sites.
- Drive the automation of administrative processes using Microsoft 365 automation tools.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant area.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communications skills across organizational levels and with many different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including automation and AI tools.
- Experience with creating successful automation projects is preferred.
- Service-minded and detail-oriented.
- Strong team player with good stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
