Sales Development Representative

Do you have a natural flair for Sales and the ability to help Plecto expand internationally.
Maybe you have worked as an SDR or BDR in a SaaS company before and you are ready to take the next step with Plecto, where we give all well performing SDR's the opportunity to move into an AE position.

What you will do:
At Plecto, we have inbound customers from more than 70 countries, with USA, DK, GB and Germany being our biggest markets.
We are currently investing in focused international growth, within specific markets and specific verticals.
You will handle and qualify all inbound leads and participate in BDR activities, market research in cooperation with our Marketing team and outbound agency partner.
You will become an important part of our Sales team located in Denmark and Guatemala. We work closely with our colleagues in Customer Success, Product, Operations and UX
Your most important tasks:
- Handle and qualify inbound leads: Reach out to all leads starting a Plecto trial and all leads that visit our website, qualify and book meetings for our AE’s.
- Researching and identifying potential customers: Find new potential ICP customers based on close cooperation with Marketing.
- Work in an Outbound role: Marketing will target outbound ICPs, you will take over and help mature the lead to a future customer
Who you are:
You are highly motivated, proactive, positive, and passionate about software, sales, and new business.
- Go-getter: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Structured: Ability to structure your day effectively to be a successful SDR.
- Good on the phone: Comfortable with making phone calls to potential customers
- Independent: After your onboarding, you should be able to work independently with your own pipeline and initiatives.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, fluent Danish is a plus, but not a requirement, as we are an English first language company.
