You’ll be part of a passionate, high-performing team, reporting to one of our Business Development Directors. This is your chance to make a real impact—driving growth, shaping strategy, and working with some of the world’s leading FMCG, nutraceutical and pharma companies.
What You’ll Do
• Build and grow a pipeline of high-potential business partners across key markets.
• Inspire and engage prospects with compelling product and format ideas based on Fertin’s innovative oral care delivery systems.
• Lead the charge on new business opportunities—from idea to execution—managing your own customer portfolio and projects.
• Drive new business initiatives from concept to execution, managing a dynamic portfolio of strategic projects.
• Deliver impactful presentations by crafting business cases and financial models that support key decisions through our stage gate process.
• Negotiate strategically to secure development, supply, and commercial agreements that foster long-term, mutual success.
• Collaborate across functions by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of market trends through proactive research, trend analysis, and identification of unmet needs to fuel innovation and sustainable growth.
What You Bring
• A strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in business development within FMCG or Pharma.
• Experience in private label product development—from concept to shelf
• Confidence working with large international clients and navigating complex negotiations.
• A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative team spirit.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with CDMOs in the FMCG or healthcare space.
