About RevaGroup
RevaGroup is a fast-growing property rental aggregator launched in 2017. When we say fast-growing, we mean it – we've almost doubled in size in the past 12 months. Operating about 50 portals in over 40 countries, we're a global team of 50+ colleagues, with half working remotely and offices in Copenhagen and London. We remain proudly independent, self-funded, and profitable.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced QA Lead to elevate the quality of our internal tools and processes. In this role, you will “own” the automated end-to-end (e2e) testing process, mentor a growing QA team, and take initiative in shaping how quality assurance is embedded into our development lifecycle.
This is a remote role, and we’re looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong cultural fit, and fluency in English.

- Bring your own ideas to continually improve QA operations and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to clarify requirements and improve testability.
- Identify, track, and prioritize bugs and improvements using our tracking tools.
- 5-10 years of QA experience
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Strong experience with automated e2e testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
- Excellent understanding of test strategy, test case design, and bug lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in small, dynamic, and fast-paced teams.
- Proven ability to think from an end-user perspective and advocate for product quality.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent.
- Experience defining and maintaining test frameworks and pipelines.
- Background in agile/scrum development teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, or similar.
- Experience working in or with globally distributed teams.
- Initiative-taker who brings ideas, not just issues.
- Clear sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable stepping out of the job description when needed.
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of empathy and communication.
- Opportunity to shape the future of QA at a scaling tech company.
- Room to lead and grow a small QA team with real influence.
- Supportive, flexible work culture with a mix of remote and in-office colleagues.
- Professional development opportunities tailored to your growth goals.
