We’re looking for a proactive and analytical candidate to join our Revenue Operations team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a basic understanding of data principles, and a keen interest in improving commercial performance across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Revenue Operations is the backbone of our Commercial organisation — driving productivity, streamlining processes, and enabling data-driven growth. If you're motivated by operational excellence and want to help our Commercial team run at full speed, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Support our Commercial team by answering internal questions via email and Teams
- Keep our Commercial Hub up to date, ensuring Sales has access to the right content and tools to close deals
- Assist with sales contract management, including issuing contracts for signature
- Ensure accuracy in CRM data through ongoing entry and maintenance tasks
- Support the RevOps team with various administrative tasks (e.g. preparing documents, organising files)
- Help monitor commercial performance by learning and supporting KPI and target tracking
- Assist with analysis of sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to process optimisation and automation efforts using tools such as Power Automate
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with HubSpot is a plus
- Able to work from our office at Toldbodgade, Copenhagen for at least 15 hours per week
- Comfortable communicating in English in an international setting
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Skilled at managing time, prioritising tasks, and staying organised in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to find solutions independently
