We have a strong foundation with skilled advisers, state of the art-digital solutions, and best-in -class investment offerings. To help us move the needle even further and tie all our ends together, we are now looking for an experienced Commercial Manager.

The role is anchored in Customer Engagement Private Banking, which is a newly established team dedicated to enhancing the commercial agenda and value chain for Private Banking customers across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

About your role:

As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and orchestration of the cross-Nordic activities across Denmark, Sweden and Finland – and make sure that plans do not stay plans, but get executed. Your goal is to ensure that we are able to run in the same direction to build commercial momentum – and that we improve efficiency and increase impact by scaling commercial initiatives and best practices across all markets.

This means you will:

  • Drive key commercial development projects
  • Identify and realise commercial opportunities cross-Nordic based on market trends, customer insights, and frontline insights.
  • Plan and coordinate commercial activities across digital touch-points together with colleagues in Sweden and Finland, ensuring prioritisation and traction on deliverables. You will further act as a liaison of execution between teams in Sweden, Finland and Denmark to identify and scale synergies.
  • Map and mature cross-Nordic harmonisation in ways of working, e.g. identifying best practices for planning and potentials for shared methodologies, formats, blueprints, and excellence in execution.
  • Ensure communication flow and transparency in coming launches and activities towards stakeholders, including designing a setup for closer collaboration with the frontline.
  • Coordinate and work with colleagues across different areas of expertise to prioritise, develop and maintain of models, dashboards, analyses, and tools to give drive commercial execution across the Nordics.

To succeed in this role:

  • You are data-driven with a commercial mindset and have experience working within the financial sector or similar complex environment, such as a large matrix organisation or heavily regulated sector.
  • You have thorough project management experience, and solid interpersonal skills that help you navigate in complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • You have in previous roles worked with executing on commercial activities, whether it is the launch of new products and offerings or the development of new segmentation models.
  • You are a team player, and you have a track record of delivering strong results while maintaining relationships.
  • You get things done.

Your previous experience:

We imagine you have a background in either consultancy, business management, marketing, communications, or commercial excellence. Experience in or interest in change management is an add-on, as it will help you drive things forward across strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives.
