As part of Danske Bank’s Forward ’28 strategy, Private Banking is selected as a key growth area with a clear goal of acquiring new customers and expanding our engagement with existing customers.

We have a strong foundation with skilled advisers, state of the art-digital solutions, and best in class investment offerings. To help us move the needle even further, we are now looking for an experienced Go-to-Market Specialist.

The role is anchored in Customer Engagement Private Banking, which is a newly established team dedicated to enhancing the commercial agenda and value chain for Private Banking customers across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

About your role:

As the Go-to-Market Specialist, you will own the planning and execution of commercial initiatives towards Private Banking Customers in Denmark. This means, you will:

  • Be responsible for the go-to-market roadmap, including on-going prioritisation and alignment with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Develop go-to-market plans that scale across product launches, marketing content and macro analyses and insights to ensure impact and customer satisfaction with existing customers.
  • Co-create full-funnel campaigns across digital platforms to strengthen brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Work with a multitude of stakeholders and skilled colleagues across functions and disciplines, including specialists within customer insights, portfolio management, communications, marketing, strategy execution, and business management.
  • Define key metrics to measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, including ensuring timely follow-up, reporting, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role:

  • You are data-driven, capable of developing proactive commercial initiatives based on industry trends, customer insights and business understanding.
  • You are an excellent project manager who can navigate with multiple projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously – and you thrive in the complexity of doing so.
  • You bring omni-channel experience to the table and now that the key to impact is to identify the customers’ needs first, solutions and channels come in second.
  • You come with a positive can do-mindset where you lean in and team up not only to reach your own KPI’s, but also to share your experiences and knowledge to make your team members a success.
  • You get things done.

Fluency in both Danish and English is a requirement. Your focus area will be Denmark, but you will work with colleagues from different countries and cultures.

Your previous experience:

We imagine you come from a similar role with experience from either customer engagement, commercial excellence, marketing or digital sales. Experience from the financial industry is not a prerequisite, and candidates with different perspectives and ways of looking at the world are encouraged to apply.
