Job Description
Join our agile Global Partner Enabling team—a central, experienced group that supports People Partners worldwide in delivering key priorities.
Working closely with ELT People Partners and site leads, we drive flexibility, impact, and value across the Global People Partner Community. While the role is global, you will focus heavily on Copenhagen as we grow ELT representation there.
Occasional travel to Billund is to be expected.
Core Responsibilities
You will be part of our central and flexible Global Partner Enabling team consisting of seven colleagues. You will be located in Copenhagen together with other PPC colleagues. In the Global Partner Enabling team, we are delivering critical ad hoc support to our Global People Partner Community and to our many business leaders across locations and across ELT areas. We offer support for longer or shorter periods of time bridging critical gaps. We support within high priority activities ranging from typical day-to-day People Partner areas of responsibility to supporting and co-driving change initiative

Core Responsibilities
- Support our People Partners across locations, on key priorities and critical tasks
- Enable our People Partner Community to keep momentum to focus and deliver on strategic priorities
- Be the extra hands-on-deck when we need to ramp up and speed up
- Help bridge critical or acute interim gaps in People Partner teams
- Guide and spar with People Partners and business leaders on day-to-day HR challenges by bringing your understanding of our global and local HR policies and people processes into play.
- Support global projects and organizational changes liaising with colleagues from other PPC (People, Places & Culture) functions
- Facilitation, training, and coaching of people leaders
- Ad hoc support of Employee Relations on a case by case basis as aligned with People Leaders

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings relevant HR experience from an international company, preferably within a Digital organization or tech company. In addition, we expect that you have experience with
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders on all levels
- Data and data reports
- HR Systems and Tools - experience working with Workday is a plus
- Danish labor law understanding is an advantage
- Facilitation and training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across a number of partners in a rapidly changing business
