About The Role
We are looking for a Production Planner to join our dedicated planning team in Aalborg. From our control room, you’ll be part of a 2-shift duty schedule, ensuring the real-time monitoring, optimization, and planning of operations for a wide range of energy assets including wind turbines, electric boilers, heat pumps, batteries, and Power-to-X units.
You’ll be a key player in balancing the European electricity system, maintaining close contact with TSOs such as Energinet. With your finger on the pulse of the electricity market, you’ll advise customers on operational decisions and contribute to the development of optimization tools that support both our team and our clients.

About The Role
We are looking for a Production Planner to join our dedicated planning team in Aalborg. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participation in a 24/7 on-duty arrangement with 6 skilled colleagues.
- Monitoring and operational optimization of energy assets across all system service markets.
- Submission of production and consumption plans to TSOs.
- Start/stop operations of electricity-producing and -consuming units based on market signals.
- Planning and optimizing heat production for Heat and Power plants and district heating systems.
- Administrative ad hoc tasks and coordination with IT support and development teams.
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings at least two years of relevant experience, ideally from the energy sector.
- Has hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools or operational IT systems.
- Is comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to support daily tasks.
- Communicates fluently in both Danish and English, in writing and speech.
- Works independently with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Combines a technical or commercial background with a strong interest in the intersection of technology and energy markets.
