Be a member of one of Denmark's most influential infrastructure groups
We are looking for a Senior Bridge Project Manager 10+ years of experience to become part of a team of 23 skilled specialists and project managers within concrete bridge design. We currently work alongside our customers on some of Scandinavia’s most significant projects. And we are proud to have contributed to recent projects like the New King Frederik IX’s Bridge and the Copenhagen Light Rail.

In this role, you will be responsible for and managing various bridge projects in mainly Denmark and internationally, including planning, executing and monitoring work. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Ensure high engagement in projects for all team members
  • Facilitate project meetings internally and externally, be able to make decisions and ensure proper follow up
  • Handle project budgets and plan necessary resources
  • Monitor project progressIdentify and manage project risks and issuesEnsure compliance with company and project-specific quality, health, and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams within COWI to ensure that project requirements are met

In addition, you:

  • Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Have minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in design of bridge and civil structures
  • Have multiple years of relevant experience in project management
  • Have extensive planning and communication skills
  • Have experience with relevant larger infrastructure costumers in Denmark
  • Are fluent both written and verbally in English and Danish
