Do you want to work with state-of-the-art technologies like NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRaWAN, and OMS? Are you driven by turning complex technical requirements into real-world solutions? Do you thrive in the intersection of embedded systems, wireless protocols, and scalable architectures used across global markets?

Here Is What The Job Entails

As our Senior Connectivity Solutions Architect you will play a central role in shaping the next generation of our smart metering connectivity solutions. By bridging advanced IoT technologies with real-world utility needs, you will help ensure our solutions deliver performance, scalability, and value on a global scale.

More specifically you will be:

  • Defining solution and requirement specifications that turn customer needs into robust end-to-end connectivity solutions
  • Acting as subject matter expert on IoT communication protocols and wireless technologies such as NB-IoT, LTE-M, LoRaWAN, and OMS
  • Collaborating with product managers and development teams to scope, validate and guide new product concepts and architectures

You will be a part of a team pushing boundaries in wireless innovation and smart utility infrastructure with solutions already deployed across EMEA and North America.

Meet your future team

You will join our Connectivity Technology team within the Water Division. Our team consists of five colleagues with a mix of competencies and backgrounds, creating a strong foundation for professional discussions and knowledge sharing. Together we are responsible for the early stages of innovation — from idea generation and proof-of-concept to testing and supporting new solutions in the field. The atmosphere is collaborative and curious with a passion for designing reliable, high-performing connectivity products.

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for a Senior Connectivity Solution Architect who thrives in the intersection of innovation and scalability. You bring a strong technical foundation and enjoy turning complex needs into future-proof solutions.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in electronic engineering, ICT, Software Engineering or another related field
  • Have 5+ years of experience with IoT solutions or similar communication technologies— either within embedded development, device integration, as a developer, specialist or architect
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Are confident navigating cross-functional projects and translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, where you are comfortable juggling multiple ongoing projects without losing sight of the bigger picture

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English.

We want to support a diverse and inclusive workplace, so while you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, you could still be a good candidate for the position. If you find the role intriguing, do not hesitate to apply.

We are more than an ordinary workplace

We cherish the good colleagueship which we all contribute to, the only limit is your engagement. As we are a big organization you are bound to find one or more colleagues who share the same interest as you. For example, our Team lead, Service Delivery is also our volunteer padel instructor while one of our Software Test Engineers run weekly spinning classes.

Besides the best colleagues you could imagine, we also offer:

  • Work life balance through flexible working hours
  • Employee benefits including a healthy canteen, fitness facilities, in-house dental clinic, hairdresser, and a free health clinic
