The Team
The Process Excellence team is a dynamic, small group of skilled professionals who serve as our internal consultancy hub. This team manages critical in-house projects that support the execution of our strategy, often incorporating IT, data, analysis, and design propositions to help shape our strategy and develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and solve problems across the organization.
Our team is committed to maintaining visibility with stakeholders and fostering collaboration both within the team and cross-functionally. As a result, we aim to work onsite at the office every day.
The Role
As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining business processes within our organization. The role will involve conducting thorough as-is-assessments of existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency.
Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across CIP and platform companies to ensure seamless adoption of process changes and provide training to employees on the updated procedures.
You will report to the Head of Process Excellence.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current processes and pinpoint areas for optimization, incorporating Lean Six Sigma techniques
- Process Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to process performance, utilizing statistical and analytical tools to identify trends and areas requiring attention
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement process improvement methodologies and best practices such as Lean Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes and ensure effective adoption by employees, providing Lean Six Sigma training as needed
You have a relevant master’s degree and come with relevant experience from process improvements roles or management consulting.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in providing strategic advice and solutions to improve business processes and performance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to collective goals and supporting team members
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, and with a good work ethic
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Experience in executing and managing change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes
- Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on conveying complex ideas clearly to diverse individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges and find innovative solutions
- Certification in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, and proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar software
