The Talent and Employee Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering and managing global programs that help attract, develop, and retain our people, while enhancing the overall employee experience. This role supports the full talent lifecycle — from onboarding to career development — and ensures that employee development, engagement, well-being, inclusion, and belonging are embedded in everything we do to support our ambition to be a Wonderful Place to Work.

What you will do

  • Project Management: Coordinate our global projects, ensuring deadlines and timelines are met, while maintaining alignment and transparency across global projects
  • Talent & Performance Management: Support the delivery and coordination of key talent processes and development initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Learning & Development: Support the delivery and coordination of global learning programs
  • Inclusion & Belonging: Contribute to the delivery of initiatives that foster engagement, well-being, inclusion, and belonging across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Develop and implement analytical processes to gather, analyze, and interpret global employee data. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive improvements in employee experience.

What you bring

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a Center of Excellence focusing on talent management
  • Proven success in project management, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Skilled in survey design, data analysis, and translating insights into inclusive, actionable strategies to improve the employee experience.

  • Communication: ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences, and enabling effective relationship-building with colleagues, and stakeholders.
