This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

- Contributing to a full financial overview and management information to enable informed decision-making. You will be working in this area
- Performance tracking to create transparency on our deliveries and progress on strategic objectives
- Administrative tasks and support to ensure efficient run of our organization
- Sustainable risk management and oversight
You will join the area focusing on our financial control, transparency, and analysis. Our focus areas are:
- Determine and track SG&A and Technology investments within T&S P&BC – challenge assumptions and collaborate with stakeholders to align on clear and ambitious goals
- Support the development and ongoing management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating financial data into compelling narratives to drive understanding of trends and variances
- Provide financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support decision-making across T&S P&BC’s value chains
- Optimize financial data foundations (e.g. cost allocation) and processes related to financial activities in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- A friendly and collaborative approach to work across teams and functions
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently on tasks
- A passion for numbers and data insights and the ability to use them to drive the right, value-creating decisions
- The ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders across seniority levels
- Advanced in English, both speech and writing

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 2080 EUR to 3120 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
