We are looking for a Head of Wholesale North based in Copenhagen to set and drive our wholesale strategy across our northern region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), develop impactful relationships with key partners, and lead a dynamic team to achieve the full potential of the market. You will report to the General Manager for North and be part of the Northern management team.

We are looking for a Head of Wholesale North based in Copenhagen to set and drive our wholesale strategy across our northern region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), develop impactful relationships with key partners, and lead a dynamic team to achieve the full potential of the market. You will report to the General Manager for North and be part of the Northern management team.
What You Will Do
Wholesale Strategy Development:
- Shape and implement a forward-thinking wholesale strategy for your region to capture new opportunities and achieve revenue growth.
- Analyze trends and customer insights to identify expansion opportunities across regions.
- Align wholesale initiatives with product launches and global marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor a large wholesale team across different markets.
- Set clear sales targets, coach the team towards success, and celebrate wins together.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and growth within your team.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships our stakeholders.
- Be the face of the brand for our wholesale partners, driving negotiations and managing key contracts.
- Equip partners with everything they need to succeed—from product training to marketing materials.
- Own the regional sales budget, with full responsibility for forecasting and reporting.
- Dig into the data—at market level, by product line, and by partner—to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Be true to the brand’s in all wholesale activities, from pricing to product quality.
- Stay informed on regional regulations, ensuring full compliance in all markets.
- Partner closely with marketing, retail, ecommerce and product teams to synchronize efforts and amplify impact.
- Work with production and logistics to ensure wholesale orders are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate’s qualifications should include, but not be limited to:
- Academic qualifications, including a Master's degree, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.
- Proven success leading large wholesale operations within the fashion industry or similar.
- A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the Nordic and Baltic markets, partnerships, and distribution networks.
- Strong leadership skills—you know how to build, inspire, and elevate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-level partnerships and strategic important accounts.
- Experience working across cultures, adapting to the nuances of each market.
- Analytical proficiency with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform your strategy.
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English is required. Fluency in additional Nordic languages is a plus.
