The Role

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and meticulous Student Worker to join our Global Talent & Culture team, supporting our Leadership Development, Professional Development, and Performance Management initiatives in this part-time position (around 15-20 hours per week).
Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of Leadership Development & Performance Management, and your primary focus will be administrative and coordination support across key global initiatives, including:
You will be part of an engaged student network and a welcoming, international HR community, where you will gain hands-on experience in global HR processes and have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to meaningful work that helps our people grow and thrive.

We are looking for a structured, proactive, and meticulous Student Worker to join our Global Talent & Culture team, supporting our Leadership Development, Professional Development, and Performance Management initiatives in this part-time position (around 15-20 hours per week).
Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of Leadership Development & Performance Management, and your primary focus will be administrative and coordination support across key global initiatives, including:
- Leadership Development Activities: Assist with planning, logistics, communication, and documentation for leadership programs and events.
- Professional Development: Help coordinate our global learning offerings and maintain up-to-date records and materials.
- Performance Cycle Support: Provide administrative assistance during the annual performance and development cycle (goal setting, feedback, reviews).
- Data & Reporting: Support reporting processes and help ensure data quality across relevant platforms and systems.
- A student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Denmark, ideally within HR, Business, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- Organized and detail-focused, with a knack for handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A strong communicator, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and ideally familiar with HR or learning systems.
