As Group Product Manager, Data, you will lead the end-to-end Data product strategy and roadmap. Your role is critical in ensuring our offerings are scalable, efficient, and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership position, requiring you to bridge long-term vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring scalable, efficient, repeatable solutions — while mentoring a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and deliver a cohesive data product strategy, spanning Data Ingestion, Governance, Standards, Modelling, and Distribution
  • Align product vision with regulatory, security, and governance standards, market best practices, and client expectations.
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from research and discovery through launch, integration, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Embed SaaS principles and commercial viability (e.g., pricing strategy, TCO, value realization) into all phases of product design and delivery.
  • Drive adoption of reusable components, design patterns, and shared service standards.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Business Services domain.
  • Promote thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, events, and client engagements.

Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation

  • Translate strategic goals into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps shared across Product Development and Solution Delivery teams.
  • Prioritize competing demands using data-driven frameworks and transparent stakeholder collaboration.
  • Maintain a robust feedback loop to refine product direction based on market trends, client insights, and operational pain points.
  • Define and track OKRs and KPIs to drive accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead decisions regarding trade-offs, standardization, and investment across services to maximize scalability and operational alignment

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers and Product Owners, driving both personal growth and business outcomes.
  • Manage team capacity planning, recruitment, and budgeting.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration across Commercial, Professional Services, Solution Streams, and Business Services.
  • Act as the bridge between business goals, client outcomes, and technical delivery teams.
  • Oversee operational readiness, including quality standards, performance monitoring, SLA adherence, and issue resolution.

  • Deep understanding of front-to-back investment processes and extensive knowledge across investment operations, accounting, or data management.
  • Experienced in partnering with Product Development, Operations, Professional Services, and Commercial teams.
  • Experienced in outcome-driven product planning using OKRs and KPIs.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Impressive skills in communication, collaboration, and relationship management with individuals at all tiers, including the C-suite and client-facing situations.
  • Experienced operating in large, matrixed organizations and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

Cross-Domain Product Leadership

  • Demonstrated ability to unify multiple domain strategies into a cohesive platform roadmap.
  • Proficient decision-making capabilities around strategic prioritization and investment across product lines.
  • Skilled at leading governance frameworks and cross-domain collaboration.
