Create the solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
As a key part of our HR and Legal team based in Lyngby, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with Danish labour law, promoting ethical people practices, and advising leaders across the organization. You will report to Reena Singh Justsen, Head of Labour Relations and Mobility, and be part of a collaborative environment that values insight, initiative, and integrity.
In this role, you will partner with HR and legal colleagues to address challenges and opportunities that directly affect our employees and operations.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide in-depth advice on Danish employment law and labour relations
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and compliance initiatives
- Guide managers and HR partners on complex employee relations matters, including investigations and terminations
- Monitor legislative developments in Denmark to ensure HR practices remain compliant
- Contribute to training sessions on employment law and best practices for managers and HR professionals

To thrive in this role, you are committed to cultivating respectful, trust-based relationships. You are committed to providing practical, sound legal advice that aligns with both the letter and spirit of Danish employment law.
On top of that you will have:
- A degree in Law with a focus on Danish labour/employment law
- Relevant HR legal advisory experience, ideally in a multinational or consultancy setting
- Proficient in communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to approach work with self-discipline in a dynamic and international environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered valuable
- Knowledge of European/international employment law would be an advantage but not a requirement
