We are now looking for a Marketing Operations Section Manager to join Nissan Benelux & Scandinavia.

How can you contribute and have an impact?

  • Manage the daily Incentives operations to ensure efficiency and on-time implementation.
  • Develop the service level towards dealers regarding incentive operations.
  • Manage the team of Controllers.
  • Manage the quarterly campaign process in coordination with country organizations and other stakeholders cross-functionally.
  • Support country organizations to achieve an efficient campaign deployment to the dealers.
  • Support business requirements while controlling the incentives budget and provide tools for planning and monitoring.
  • Provide cost accruals and analyze variances in collaboration with the Controlling team during month end closings.
  • Develop reporting tools for controlling and increasing forecasting accuracy of all variable marketing expenditures.
  • Support development of incentive payment tools.

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Experience within an international, matrix organization is highly advantageous.
  • Higher education at Bachelors' level within business or equivalent experience.
  • Team management experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in marketing, finance, planning, pricing or incentives.
  • Flexible and open-minded personality.
  • Good communication and management skills.
  • Business oriented mindset.
  • Good analytical and computer skills, especially MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English both written and oral.
  • Other languages relevant in our markets (Dutch, French, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) are considered as an advantage.
