Ready to design loyalty experiences that align brand intent with IMPACTful customer actions? We are looking for a Loyalty Consultant to join IMPACT based in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Loyalty Consultant, you will join our dedicated Loyalty practice and report directly to IMPACT’s Loyalty Practice Lead. In close collaboration with your team and colleagues, you will help shape and deliver IMPACTful loyalty initiatives - from insight gathering and strategic framing to concept development and activation planning.
You will be working alongside ambitious, skilled colleagues across channel strategy, data, creative, CRM, and Martech, gaining hands-on experience in how customer data and loyalty technology come together to drive engagement that’s not only meaningful and memorable but also measurable.

As part of our Loyalty team, you will help build lasting customer relationships and meaningful connections by shaping loyalty strategies, crafting customer journeys, and transforming business goals into real-world concepts like customer clubs, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives that drive omnichannel engagement.
Your day-to-day tasks will include facilitating workshops, analysing data, co-creating loyalty solutions, and monitoring performance to optimise results based on KPI's and commercial goals. In addition, we prioritize professional development, offering structured feedback, sparring, and room to grow into a senior advisory role.

YOUR PROFILE
As a Loyalty consultant you are experienced in loyalty consultancy, customer data strategy, and concept development - preferably within omnichannel retail and fashion. Additionally, you have a proven track record of turning business objectives into actionable loyalty strategies, using frameworks like Design Thinking to craft IMPACTful customer experiences.
Curious by nature and driven by growth, you are passionate about learning and eager to bring your knowledge and skillset to the table, always ready to share your knowledge while supporting and uplifting your team. In addition, you can act as a trusted advisor, and can feel confident leading workshops, guiding cross-functional collaboration, and setting a clear strategic direction.
Analytical and insight-driven, you enjoy to transforme data into compelling recommendations that deliver real business IMPACT. You thrive in a dynamic, client-facing role, energized by the opportunity to create loyalty experiences that bridge brand ambition and customer behavior.
Additionally, we expect you to

- Navigate both strategic and tactical work, connecting brand ambition with customer action through impactful loyalty solutions.
- Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Have familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, etc.).
- Be open-minded and informed about emerging AI technologies and the possibilities to integrate that into the daily work
- Stay curious and open to continuous learning, embracing emerging trends and loyalty best practices to elevate project outcomes.
We are looking for a team member, who can contribute to a fun and healthy everyday culture at IMPACT while ensuring a high standard in collaboration with your colleagues.
At last, we imagine you have 3-5 years of experience within loyalty consultancy, digital marketing or similar. Additionally, you could have an educational background within Marketing, business administration, UX or related field.
