The job we offer
As our new colleague in the Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of project deliverables. Your primary purpose as the Test Manager is to oversee all testing activities across PMO projects while aligning the efforts with the strategic objectives of the organization.

In short, you can look forward to:

  • Develop and implement test strategy for PMO projects.
  • Developing Use Cases and Test Cases ensuring that customer requirements are covered.
  • Defining Test Data Requirements.
  • Participating in risk assessments.
  • Planning and conducting tests.
  • Progress Reporting (defect and success rates) and Management Reporting.
  • Test execution and/or onboarding others to the test role.


The team you will join
You will be welcomed into the PMO which is a team of eight dedicated fulltime professionals, including yourself. A diverse team comprising Project Managers, Test Manager, an Organizational Change Manager and a Portfolio Manager. The team drives and supports the identification and implementation of strategic and tactical improvements across Systematic as effectively and efficiently as possible, aligning efforts with various stakeholders across the business.

Your Qualifications
For a Senior Test Manager, we expect you to have substantial experience in Software Test Management, a preferred minimum of five years in Test or Test Management, operating autonomously while upholding robust stakeholder relations. Additionally, we expect you to hold an ISTQB and/or T-MAP certification. Holistically we expect proficiency in Test planning tools, such as Jira and Xray for Jira. Communication-wise, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Familiarity in Test Engineering, i.e. competencies in Test automation, execution, and reporting, is an excellent benefit, but not a requirement.
