Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Hillerød, Denmark. The Product Owner will play a critical role in the development and management of our products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and align with our company's overall strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document Product CQAs assessment.
- Owner of Product Description Document.
- Lead on preparing process gap assessment.
- Owner of product risk assessment and control strategy.
- Owner of CQA and CPPs for program.
- Provide input to deviations
- Engineering run protocol and report.
- PPQ protocol and report.
- Lifecycle responsible for product after TT (CPV, continuous improvements, APQR etc.).
- Provide input to overall TT board.
- Create detailed project plan for WPs tasks, if applicable.
- Provide input to LAP.
- Schedule and lead WP meeting, document meeting minutes, as required.
- Contact with equipment supplier for new equipment/applications, as relevant.
- Coordinate WP tasks with relevant stakeholders (MSAT, DPM, QC, SC etc.).
- Participate in customer meetings, present to customer, when relevant.
- Review documentation from customer.
- Coordinate material input for each area.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
