For our After Sales organization, PrimeServ, we are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support two experienced Sales Managers in our Spare Parts Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle while contributing directly to customer success and structured sales execution.

You Will Play An Important Role In

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily commercial activities within your assigned regions. You will help ensure a proactive and structured approach to sales, focusing on follow-up, coordination, and internal collaboration with regional offices (IGCs – International Group Companies) and internal stakeholders.

We Imagine That You

  • Support the execution of the sales strategy for assigned areas in close collaboration with the Sales Managers
  • Contribute to sales planning, market mapping, and reporting activities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with IGCs, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in pipeline management, quote follow-up, and CRM maintenance
  • Participate in customer visits, planning sessions, and business reviews

Travel activity associated with the position can vary but is approximately 40 days a year.
