Are you a commercially driven sales professional with solid experience from the maritime industry?

For our global After Sales organization, PrimeServ, we are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth and capture new business opportunities across assigned markets. You will be responsible for delivering on sales budgets by leading commercial activities in close collaboration with our regional offices (IGCs – International Group Companies).

You Will Play An Important Role In

As Sales Manager for Spare Parts Sales, you will lead a proactive and customer-focused sales approach, working closely with IGCs to drive performance across your markets. Through strong, trust-based relationships with customers, IGCs, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure a structured and effective sales execution that supports sustainable, long-term business growth.

We Imagine That You

  • Translate the overall sales strategy into clear, actionable plans that drive measurable results.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, including order closing and achievement of assigned targets
  • Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and close cooperation with IGCs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, IGCs, and internal stakeholders
  • Support IGC’s in developing sales opportunities and executing strategic initiatives.

Travel associated with the position varies, but is approximately 40-50 days per year.
