Project Assistant – Denmark

Now you have the possibility to contribute to the green transition in an exciting role as our new Project Assistant in an exciting digitalization process. You will become part of our Operational Development team located at our office in Hobro, where you will assist the project team who is responsible for implementing CMMS in Asset Management (CMMS = Computerized Maintenance Management system). You will be one of the driving forces in building and maintaining the administrative system for our Operation and Maintenance.

Your role

As Project Assistant, you will be responsible for the implementation of technical assets (electrolyser, biogas, solar parks, electrical infrastructure etc.) in D365FO based on single line diagrams, P&ID and technical documentation. Additionally, you will create maintenance activities and service agreements in the system and attach technical documentation to the technical assets in the system.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Mapping of workflows by joining the technical teams in day-to-day work
• Documentation and standardization of workflows
• Building D365FO Asset Management (CMMS) for the technical teams in operation and maintenance to support the workflows. For example:
• Making their asset register
• Maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective)
• Spare parts handling
• Procurement of 3rd party services and goods
• Finances and budgets
• Giving input to procedures and instructions
• Later deployment of the system on a global level including travel
• Training of colleagues who will use CMMS
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

To succeed in this job, you are orderly, solution-oriented, structured, and persistent. Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on one task for an extended period are key to succeeding in this role

Moreover, we emphasize the importance of you possessing the following competencies:

• Understanding electrical drawings and documentation
• Technical understanding of plant components
• Technical experience from operation and maintenance of process plants or renewable energy plants is a plus
• It is a plus if you have experience with D365FO Asset Management, but not a requirement
• English at a technical level
• Fluent in Danish is a plus
