Buying & Merchandising Coordinator
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will join our Buying & Merchandising team and play a crucial role in keeping us structured, organized and ahead of game. The B&M team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit. There is always something going on.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do
- Play a key role in staying one step ahead, ensuring smooth daily operations by proactively supporting both the team and management
- Follow and coordinate the daily workflow procedures to make sure that things run smoothly
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as emails, handle contracts, coordinate meetings, create discounts etc.
- Plan and arrange various events
- Handle samples from brands used for marketing purposes
- Handle ad hoc projects and communicate information to the department
- Support the management and the teams within the department with various administrative tasks
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements across company (interest and/or experience within this is highly desirable)
- Up to 2 years of experience coming from a similar administrative role
- Extremely structured and organized and thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and good at working independently as well as in a team
- Ability to strive in a fast-changing worklife
- Driven, high energy and a sense humor
- Committed and willing to go the extra mile
- Social skills and like to take responsibility
- Fluent in English (corporate language)
- Preferred strong skills in Excel
