- Draft and send event invitations, LinkedIn posts, and other event communications
- Be on-site to support the team and ensure smooth execution
Admin & Operations
Keep our daily operations running efficiently and support the team with practical tasks that make a big difference. This includes:
- Assisting with day-to-day member inquiries and member management
- Prepare invoices and assist with light financial admin
- Keep our member database up to date and support member data management
- Helping out on various internal projects and admin tasks—everyone on our team gets involved where needed

- Detail-oriented, structured, and good at juggling multiple tasks
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning new software
- Studying a Bachelor or just starting a Master in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- A proactive and organised individual who enjoys meeting new people and working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
What we offer
- 12–15 hours/week with enough flexibility for your studies to take priority
- A dynamic role in a small, welcoming team dedicated to your professional growth
- Real-world experience with events, communication, and operations
- A front-row seat to the intersection of real estate, tech, and sustainability
- Great office at BLOXHUB, central Copenhagen (lunch plan + great coffee)
