What You Will Do

  • You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’
  • You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.
  • You bring life to the social media accounts of our e-commerce customers—likes, DMs, comments, memes—because you know what's going on.
  • You think on your feet. If you think a webshop looks like 2006: say so. We celebrate honest feedback.


What We Love

  • You want to help people. Really. That's more important to us than 3 years of experience.
  • You speak fluent Finnish and solid English (our Slack channels are in English )
  • You can use a Mac without calling IT.
  • Social media is not a mystery to you, it's your middle name.
