To reach our bold goals we are now looking for a Territory Manager based in Zealand.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Take overall responsibility for selling and promoting our diabetes product and service portfolio in line with the Danish sales and marketing strategy
  • Partner closely with business partners and functions to overcome capacity barriers and ensuring excellent execution to grow business in the defined territory
  • Design and implement plans to shape partnerships with current and coming external key stakeholders
  • Develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans and sales call logging for all accounts in Salesforce on daily basis
  • Use key reports/data to analyse territory/ account performance, plan calls and manage overall territory strategy
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly business reviews, sales meetings, trainings and conferences and be willing to take on added responsibilities and projects when needed.


Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business (or equivalent level qualification)
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network
  • Enthusiastic, driven, innovative can-do approach to business
  • Willingness and ability to travel – clean driving record.


Knowledge of Medtronic’s Diabetes portfolio the Danish diabetes community and of Diabetes therapy – clinical or care-based experience would be a great advantage. Proven successful selling experience from the medical industry is an added plus.
