Overview of the role: Technical Customer Success Manager

We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Technical Customer Success Manger to join us in our Oslo or Copenhagen office.
You will manage and nurture client relationships, understanding their business needs, and aligning technical solutions to achieve their goals. You will be a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful implementation of our Enterprise Architecture solutions.
On a Typical Day, You Will
- Drive Ardoq platform adoption and value realization
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Promote healthy usage metrics and create stickiness by understanding where our customers could benefit from additional services or solutions
- Manage a diverse book of customers at scale
- Work collaboratively with a team of commercial and services professionals to deliver a best in class experience to our customers
- Protect against churn at all costs by monitoring and mitigating for account risk as early as possible
- Produce positive customer success stories to share best practices with peers and attract new business.
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role with strong technical troubleshooting skills ideally within the SaaS space
- Proficiency in English AND Danish or Norwegian
- Data-driven approach to client management
- Comfortable navigating deeply technical conversations, while also explaining these complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think about what our customers are trying to achieve vs feature-functionality, and using those skills to uplevel conversations
- Comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment and being an active contributor to the long term success of the team and the company
