THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and team development? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to strengthen our leadership team. In this role, you’ll be the key support for a team of 10 agents—guiding, motivating, and helping them meet and exceed expectations. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage workload distribution, and ensure we consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

We’re seeking someone with experience from a customer service environment in a Danish context—someone familiar with local practices, regulations, and operational standards that influence everyday work.

This is a temporary position for 12 months, covering maternity leave.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support agents through coaching, one-on-one talks, performance reviews, and quality checks.
  • Oversee daily workflows, manage backlogs, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Drive KPIs to ensure we meet company objectives.
  • Facilitate team meetings that inspire collaboration and improvement.
  • Take action on employee feedback to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, handling absence and development.
  • Lead by example and be a role model for delivering unrivaled Customer Service.


Next to your leader role there are also opportunities to be part of and/or drive impactful projects that support the development of the Customer Service Department and Boozt growth.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience from a Team Leader role in a Customer Service department
  • Used to work in a Danish Context, your are familiar with local practices, regulations, and operational standards that influence everyday work.
  • A university/college degree within relevant areas is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
