We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, structured, and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Aarhus. This is a student position, ideal for someone currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field. You’ll work directly with the VP Sales & Partnerships, supporting international Sales teams and gaining valuable experience in sales strategy, CRM management, performance reporting, and sales enablement.


The Role

As our Sales Operations Associate, you'll be the behind-the-scenes force that helps keep our sales engine running smoothly. From enriching leads in our CRM and building performance reports, to crafting forecast analyses and prepping our sales team with winning materials. You’ll play a key role in making sure our sales teams spend their time efficiently and every opportunity is backed by data. This is where sales meets strategy, and where your impact will be felt across the entire team.


The Role Includes

  • Lead enrichment: Ensure our CRM (HubSpot) contains complete and accurate company data by researching and updating relevant details.
  • Performance reporting: Support Sales Managers by preparing regular reports and dashboards (expect to use Excel to calculate performance metrics and make forecasts).
  • Executive support: Assist the VP of Sales & Partnerships with various tasks including market analysis, sales forecasts, and presentation decks.
  • Sales enablement: Help equip our Sales team with the materials and information they need before meetings, including insights, case studies, and other sales collateral.


The Ideal Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. business, marketing, economics, or similar).
  • Analytical by nature and happy to apply Excel skills. You’re comfortable working with numbers and drawing insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) is a plus, but not a must.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Interest in software-as-a-service sales is a plus.
