Becoming a part of the Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe, you will contribute to our mission to seamlessly integrate typical banking with emerging market technologies. This integration aims to deliver intuitive, embedded, and tailored offerings that align with our customers' lifestyles. As the tribe is pivotal to our newly launched strategy, we anticipate significant growth in the coming years. As a Cluster Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture and the future of everyday banking at Danske Bank.
You will lead the 'Card Journey, Consumer Finance & Vendors Cluster,' comprised of five cross-functional teams located in Denmark, India, Lithuania, and Norway. As the PO Cluster Lead, you will define and develop everyday banking's future value proposition across Nordic markets. You'll own the card product and consumer finance journeys and engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will include negotiating with vendors, exploring new opportunities, and ensuring contractual obligations are met. You will empower and support Product Owners to ensure alignment and progress within the cluster.
Be part in setting the strategic direction and engage with stakeholders
As a PO Cluster Lead, you will be both visionary and execution-oriented, driving the strategic direction of future journey design. You will collaborate with stakeholders, adjacent tribes, and Tribe leadership to set priorities and ensure effective outcomes. Your workday will include the following responsibilities:
We seek a candidate with solid financial business knowledge, programme management experience, and a keen interest in technology. Demonstrated success in delivering robust digital solutions and enhancing customer experiences, along with comprehensive knowledge of banking services, will be advantageous. You take ownership of business outcomes and set the direction to empower your team to deliver on Danske Bank's strategic priorities. You are known for your drive, leadership, and ability to create an agile culture of openness, collaboration, and autonomy.

- Own and write Theme Charters, break down and outline initiatives, identify value drivers, and set long-term and short-term Objectives and Key Results, capturing these in relevant memos.
- Own end-to-end deliveries for all processes and initiatives within the cluster as per the outlined design.
- Drive, motivate, and track progress in collaboration with squads and units across the bank through Annual Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, Tribe Syncs, and demos.
- Report outcomes, progress, and risks to Tribe Leadership and capture these in memos.
- Communicate a holistic view of Tribe and Cluster initiatives to provide an understanding of the interaction between current and future initiatives towards a bigger objective.

- Strong understanding of the cards industry, including the cards value chain, product innovation, and consumer finance products.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and prioritise customer preferences effectively, considering strategic objectives, architecture, tech aspects, and legal requirements.
- Experience in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, recognising it as a foundation for great solutions.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, values, and tools, including writing and understanding epics and user stories using tools like JIRA.
- Humble and motivated to grow both professionally and personally, always ready to support colleagues as a servant leader.
