What your work will look like:
- Sales Related Activities:
- Conduct desk research to identify new partners in Scandinavia and Europe, including ISVs, referrals, PSPs, and PayFacs.
- Research potential merchants for targeted sales initiatives.
- Analyze the Console funnel to identify merchants needing assistance and prepare leads for the Sales Team.
- Develop smaller sales initiatives, such as upselling the branded payment window.
- Ensure CRM deals are up-to-date for the team.
- Create monthly one-pagers summarising key achievements for both Sales and Partner teams.
- Work on creating PowerPoint presentations for reporting purposes (Monthly business reviews, Commercial Town Halls, Local All Hands, etc)
- Conduct monthly reporting on churn by analysing Quickpay accounts and top partner accounts with decreased processing volume.
- Familiarizing with available pitch decks for Sales and Partners, ensuring they are updated by Marketing.
- Prepare pitch decks upon request using standard materials.
- Manage billing for 3Dsecure.io customers in our billing engine.
- Handle card payments for 3Dsecure.io customers in Billwerk.
- Maintain the CRM in GitHub for active customers.
- Proofread and translate content from English to Danish.
- Preparing content for newsletters and assisting with various marketing tasks.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
