Empowering the sales teams
As our new Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Kamstrup’s new Commercial Academy. You will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training programs for both sales leaders and teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to achieve our strategic goals. Additionally, you will support sales leadership coaching initiatives, empowering our leaders to better support and develop their teams. Your efforts will be crucial in improving and implementing sales processes across Kamstrup, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Meet your future team
Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, you will join a team of 12 skilled colleagues working across different areas such as sales enablement, pricing, business performance management, customer experience, CRM and channel partner management. Our team culture is characterized by a strong collaborative spirit, a data-driven and customer-centric approach, and a positive, humorous atmosphere.

We are looking for a Sales Excellence Manager who wants to elevate our sales organization. Your educational background could be in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, but it is key that you have experience in driving sales and commercial excellence initiatives. You are self-driven, with a high sense of ownership, and naturally outgoing, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. You understand individual needs and can adjust your communication accordingly.

- Have at least 5 years+ of experience in driving Sales or Commercial Excellence initiatives within a medium or large multicultural company.
- Have proven track record in designing and executing impactful training programs and sales excellence initiatives.
- Are experienced in project management and skilled in change management, with the ability to implement new tools, processes, and ways of working that generate real business impact.
- Have a strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to identify and analyze trends and strategies, translating them into meaningful sales initiatives.
