We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team at DYNACAP. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our recruitment processes while contributing to team culture and helping shape how we attract and engage great talent. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with leadership, and help shape how we attract and welcome top talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support end-to-end recruitment processes — from job ads and sourcing to interviews and hiring
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles
- Help identify and engage great candidates who match both our needs and our culture
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and career events
- Support managers in defining role requirements and making confident hiring decisions
- Contribute to internal projects that strengthen how we work with people and growth
Ideally you
- Have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and Talent acquisition
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace where you can take on responsibility
- Have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Are proactive, adaptable, and driven to make a meaningful impact in a growing company
- Work independently but also thrive as part of a team with shared goals
- Are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Ideally, you have recruitment experience within consultancy, IT and/or a related field
- It is an advantage if you have theoretical and/or practical experience with Employment Law
