Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Consultant / Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and demonstrate a strong ability to transform business requirements into effective AEM solutions. This role involves acting as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for AEM towards sales and applying best practices to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform business requirements into AEM deliverables.
  • Apply the best usage of AEM features to address business needs.
  • Act as SME for AEM towards sales and client engagements.
  • Design scalable and secure AEM solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AEM architecture.
  • Customize and extend AEM workflows and DAM functionalities.
  • Manage code promotion between development, staging, and production environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct AEM training sessions.

Skills And Experience

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Sites & Assets: Advanced to Expert level with 6+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Architecture & Solution Design: Proven experience in designing scalable and secure AEM solutions.
  • DevOps & Build Pipeline: Proficient to Advanced understanding of AEM build tools and deployment pipelines.
  • Java & Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of Java and OSGi component development.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multi-site/multi-language setups.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Exposure to modern frontend development (Vue, TypeScript).
  • Adobe Certified Expert or Master certification in AEM.
