Responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of the customer transition
- Perform stakeholder management
- Manage dependencies
- Plan and coordinate customer communication
- Lead migration activities
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with stakeholder management at various organisational levels and with external vendors
- Experience with cards or other payment rails is a plus; alternatively, experience from the financial sector is expected
- Knowledge of card products is a plus
- Strong communication skills, able to provide clear and concise updates
- Technical understanding sufficient to engage in dialogue with IT delivery teams and third-party providers
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
