The job
We are looking for an energetic and positive person who takes pride in assisting customers and solving challenging problems our customers come across. As part of our support team, you will provide daily support to RIB Software's customers and colleagues.

Job Title: Technical Support Consultant

The job
We are looking for an energetic and positive person who takes pride in assisting customers and solving challenging problems our customers come across. As part of our support team, you will provide daily support to RIB Software's customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to RIB Software's customers and colleagues via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist users with varying levels of experience with our software, meeting them at their level and focusing on their specific needs.
- Maintain a high level of service and continuously measure performance to ensure standards are upheld.
- Handle smaller administrative tasks independently, taking responsibility and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, and Finance.
- Experience with customer contact over the phone, email, and chat.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Danish and English.
- Experience in IT and software support.
- Strong questioning techniques and problem identification skills.
- Energetic, positive, and full of initiative.
- Teamwork-oriented and actively seek collaboration with colleagues.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience from the construction industry.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and actively seek teamwork.
- Motivated by our values and vision, driving the digital transformation of our customers for a more digital, efficient, and sustainable engineering and construction industry.
