Are you experienced in construction and do you dream of managing projects within technologies such as Wind, PV Solar, Batteries, Biogas, and PTX? We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our construction team and contribute to the development of new energy projects.

Looking into a growing pipeline, we are seeking a Project Manager, who can drive projects from permission through construction to ‘handover’ to Operations. Well founded from hands-on and/or theoretical experience with construction, you’ll manage projects across Europe ensuring a successful construction phase from start to finish.


Your role

As Project Manager, you'll be the overall responsible for construction project(-s), based in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) department referring to the manager of the EPC Project Management.


The role includes coordination with internal stakeholders such as Project Development, IT, Project Finance and Asset Management, alongside external contractors and suppliers, such as grid operators. Your main goal is to run seamless interaction and coordination, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all projects facets, including but not limited to:

  • Prepare and perform tenders and negotiate contracts with contractors.
  • Manage construction sites including quality, risk, construction meetings etc.
  • Ensure that all needed permissions with authorities are applied for and are available for construction
  • Report to both internal and external stakeholders (time and financial)
  • Prepare and plan the projects for construction in cooperation with engineers and external stakeholders

Your profile

Succeeding this role, you bring a self-driven and proactive approach to managing your projects coupled with your extended knowledge and maybe even hands-on experience within construction.

You can enter this role coming either from a similar position within the industry, from hands-on construction and/or with an engineering background or equivalent technical experience - What’s most important is that you understand how complex construction projects are built and delivered, and that you’re confident working with many different stakeholders. Moreover, we emphasize your:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a structured approach and effectively managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Commercial understanding
  • Ability to navigate in a fast-growing international organization
  • Ability to work with complex processes within different technologies, such as PTX projects
  • Experience with implementing projects with complex processes and many interfaces in the projects
  • Preferably experience with cross-border collaboration and activities


Fluency in both English and Danish, both verbally and in writing, is a requirement. Additionally, good German language skills is considers a substantially advantage.


On a more personal level, an informal and humoristic approach within a flat organizational structure such as Eurowind Energy is highly valued.


Lastly, you must be motivated to a certain amount of traveling of approximately 1-2 months per year, depending on project locations.
