Student Assistant Procurement - Market & Risk Analysis

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join the Market and Risk Analysis arm of our Procurement Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company focused on building a sustainable future. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working team player with a keen interest in financial analysis, data management, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial analysis and reporting within the procurement function.
• Support data management activities, including data collection, logging, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of procurement dashboards and performance metrics.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of procurement budgets and forecasts.
• Engage in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Perform other administrative and analytical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Preferably undertaking a bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
