As our new Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain our Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. You will work closely with internal teams to support collaboration and unleash end-user productivity across the organization while driving efficiency through automation.

With a direct reference to our Head of Digital Workplace, you will become part of a close-knit tech-savy IT team, dedicated to enhancing productivity, collaboration, and the End-user experience across Kamstrup. The team consists of 12 dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and Spain. You can expect a team that prioritizes continuous learning and a collaborative, grounded culture. We value curiosity and a positive, proactive approach to teamwork, always striving to innovate and support each other’s growth.

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer who will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our enterprise IT infrastructure. With a proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong technical expertise, you will contribute to ensuring smooth operations and drive efficiency in an agile and dynamic environment, where collaboration and innovation thrive

More specifically you will be:
- Evaluating and ensuring that our Microsoft 365 solutions effectively support global collaboration
- Exploring new business needs, planning, and deploying Microsoft 365 services
- Implementing automation for Microsoft 365 services to enhance efficiency and quality
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining and migrating legacy technologies, including SharePoint 2016 and Exchange on-prem, from a hybrid setup to the cloud

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer who will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our enterprise IT infrastructure. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments
- Possess strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
- Are proficient in Azure Active Directory (AAD)/Microsoft Entra ID and identity synchronization technologies
- Have experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks in Microsoft 365 environments
- Are a strong communicator who can engage with different stakeholders and adapt to various audiences
