We are looking for an experienced colleague with a passion for delivering IT solutions within the Supply Chain Planning domain. As we are transitioning planning in Arla, this gives you the opportunity to be part of a multi-year program, The Arla End2End Planning Program, changing business processes and solutions across the entire business.
“The Arla E2E planning program, is an initiative focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing collaboration between various departments of planning - from Strategic Planning to site scheduling. The program aims to create a more integrated planning, ensuring that all aspects planning are aligned and working towards common goals effectively” says Senior Manager Mads Heerulff.
How You Will Make An Impact
Your role will be to act as a Planning Solution Consultant with focus on business- and solution process development and solution implementation. You will take part in optimizing and innovating planning processes from S&OP to scheduling and all the processes in between. You will have the opportunity to contribute to significant improvements and have a tangible impact on the company's efficiency and foresight.
Your key accountabilities will include
You are an experienced professional in the area of Planning and Supply Chain. You excel at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, and possess strong communication skills that enable you to translate business requirements into sustainable IT solutions. You possess a systemic and structured approach to work and apply a Lean mindset especially during implementation. You have an interest in new technologies and a strong understanding of when they should and should not be implemented for optimal business value at Arla. Further, you

- Close collaboration across IT and the global Supply Chain business
- Design and deploy the solutions in SAP IBP
- Facilitate and streamline the process from business requirements to the implementation of IT solutions.
- Support the business in leveraging the available solution capabilities
You are an experienced professional in the area of Planning and Supply Chain. - Hold a Bachelors- or Master degree within Supply Chain or similar. Alternatively, extensive work experience with relevant business processes.
- Have 3-6 years of experience with relevant technical fields gives you the ability to get the overview of complex IT system landscapes
- Have a reasonable amount of knowledge within forecasting and planning tools, preferably SAP IBP
- Preferably have experience working in an agile environment
- Speak and write at least one Scandinavian language and English
