Here Is What Your Role Entails

As our new Cloud Engineer, you will focus on managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency. Therefore, you will work closely with the Architect in the area and our Enterprise Architects and DevOps team as well as other teams and stakeholders to help develop a deeper understanding of cloud challenges and opportunities.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Working with Guardrails from a Governance perspective
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the Azure environment adheres to security and compliance practices
  • Containerizing in Azure, fx: Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Bash, Azure CLI, YAML, ARM templates, helm charts
  • Developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and visualizations to present insights on cloud costs, resource utilization, and performance metrics


In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to optimization of our Cloud landscape and engage with several stakeholders to deliver cloud solutions and apply policies that will help elevate developer experience. You can be in a driver seat for making cloud solutions more efficient and cost effective.

Less About Us, More About You

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with a proactive mindset and a strong collaborative spirit, who wants to take our Cloud journey to the next level.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in cloud operations or a related field
  • Are proficiency with Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security) and tools (Monitor, Log Analytics, Cost Management)
  • Posses a strong understanding of Azure policies, including enforcement, auditing, and RBAC
  • Have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), DevOps, and CI/CD (e.g. using GitHub, GitHub Actions)
