About the Role:

In this key role, you will work closely with leaders across the business to drive performance through data, lead FP&A activities, and develop a scalable Power BI environment that supports data-driven decision-making at all levels. Reporting directly to our Group CFO, you will work closely with regional finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive financial insight and transparency to support key decisions.
  • Analyze business drivers, trends, and KPIs with a focus on improvement.
  • Support investment evaluations, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with production and operational teams to improve cost control, including a strong focus on Indirect Production Costs.

FP&A Leadership:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Consolidate inputs across business units/regions and ensure accuracy.
  • Deliver clear reporting and performance commentary to stakeholders.
  • Build forward-looking financial models and scenario analysis.

Power BI & Data-Driven Reporting:

  • Own the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards.
  • Build scalable BI solutions in partnership with finance and business teams.
  • Ensure high data quality and develop relevant KPI reporting tools.
  • Drive automation and improve reporting processes.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in controlling, FP&A, or business finance partnering.
  • Strong Power BI and Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial systems.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insight.
  • Experience in logistics, production, or manufacturing is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Indirect Production Costs and cost optimization is an advantage.
  • Cross-functional, global mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, analytical approach.
  • Curious, collaborative, and confident in challenging the status quo.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
