As an IT Support Apprentice at our headquarters in Stilling, near Skanderborg, you’ll become part of a dedicated and friendly IT team. Together, we make sure our engineers and colleagues across the entire company – both in Denmark and internationally – can work smoothly and effectively every day.

Your daily life as an IT Support Apprentice

You’ll receive thorough training in IT support and become involved in a wide range of tasks – both simple and more technical. This means that you will:

• Help colleagues with their IT issues – both at their desks and over the phone
• Learn how to set up new computers and smartphones
• Take part in troubleshooting and installing both software and hardware
• Work with user accounts and access management, for example in Active Directory
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

We promise you a varied workday where you’ll learn something new every week. You’ll be assigned a dedicated mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship and help ensure that you feel confident and comfortable in your role.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are currently enrolled in – or about to begin – an EUX Business program with an IT support specialization or a similar vocational education (EUD). In addition, we’re looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and curious
• Enjoys working with both technology and people
• Thrives in a structured environment and takes ownership of their tasks
• Isn’t afraid to ask questions and learn new things
