In the role as IT Business Partner you will work closely together with an international team of 7 IT Business Partners based across 3 different locations, each one responsible for a part of the Unifeeder business areas. This position will be supporting the Finance team.

Your general target is to ensure Unifeeder’s IT solutions meet the business requirements in terms of functionality, accessibility and performance. You will work as a translator between the finance department and the IT organization, and your most important focus is to make IT create real impact on the business!

Your responsibility is to provide vital support to the continuing business development in Unifeeder. Both the management in Unifeeder and your “internal customer” in the finance department are driven by optimizing and utilizing digitalization and IT tools as a competitive edge.

You will create overview, collect business insight and structure the gaps, and make use of this insight to define and analyze business needs, specify and coordinate the best solutions and push projects forward.

Work tasks:

• Analyse and determine needs, relevance and actions in relation to the IT-, solution- and digitalization requirements in “your” Unifeeder business area; the finance organization
• Act as a connector between the business focus and IT perspective of Unifeeder. You will not be participating in all the details of the tech side, but work as a translator between the business unit and IT department
• Bridge consulting, change management, business analytics and technical solutions, while challenging all relevant stakeholders from a business perspective
• Create an overview of the IT structure and the overall performance to ensure a critical dialogue and exchange of business-oriented ideas for development
• Remove roadblocks and push forward in the continuing digitalization and automatization in Unifeeder

We expect the successful IT Business Partner candidate to:

• hold a degree within IT or BI and have built some successful years of experience in a relevant role within business-oriented IT
• have technical insight, but being “the connector” more than the “tech wizard”
• possess insight or experience from the finance area, but still not being the finance expert
• strive as much in handling business stakeholders and defining the needs of tomorrow, as in getting involved in the technical dialogue
• think and act with technical understanding, while maintaining focus on why the systems have been created, which tasks they shall solve for the business, and how they can be optimized
• have good communication skills in English
